His areas<br \/>of research expertise are in interstitial lung disease and allergic disease. Prof Glaspole has a public appointment at the Alfred Hospital where he heads the Interstitial Lung Disease clinic.<\/p><p>Prof Glaspole has maintained a strong research focus since completing his PhD, within which he studied the human cellular immune response to nut allergens.
